§ 3 PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

(1) All prices stated on the BALLETTA GmbH website include the applicable statutory sales tax.

(2) The corresponding shipping costs are specified in the order form and are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal.

(3) The goods are dispatched by post.

The shipping costs within Germany are 8.00 euros. For all other countries the shipping costs are 15.00 euros. 

(4) In the event of a cancellation, the customer has to bear the direct costs of the return.

§ 4 PAYMENT

You can choose to pay in advance, instant transfer, PayPal or credit card. By specifying your credit card number in the order, BALLETTA GmbH is authorized to collect the purchase price from your credit card account specified in the order. In individual cases, BALLETTA GmbH reserves the right to exclude various types of payment. Sending cash or checks is not accepted.
